Lydia Li

Lydia Li is an experienced coordinator with a demonstrated history of working in the government administration system and professional educator in both private and public schools. She earned her Master's Degree in teaching from New York University; she received her Bachelor's Degree in Chinese Language and Literature and Sociology from Hunter College. She is a native speaker of Fujianese and Mandarin. She learned Cantonese and English when she came to New York City at the age of 14. As a Neighborhood Organizer at the NYC Mayor's Office of Immigrant Affairs, she often coordinates events and outreach campaigns with API communities and has built strong relationships with community organizations across NYC.
