Members of the public can participate in the public meeting via their computer (preferred) or phone. Members of the public can also livestream the meeting below.

Access via computer

Go to our WebEx Meeting Registration and fill out the registration form. If you would like to speak during the public comment section of the meeting, please indicate this on the registration form. If you need a reasonable accommodation or language interpreter, please indicate this on the registration form. Once you fill out the form, you will be emailed an event password to use to join the event along with a link to 'Join Event'. If you sign up to speak, the Chair will call your name during the public comment period. When you hear your name, please use the "hand raise" feature on WebEx, using the small hand icon under the participants list (if you don't see the participants lists, click the silhouette of a person in the middle of the menu bar). Once you raise your hand, you will be un-muted and able to turn on your camera. You will then be able to provide public comment.

Call 408-418-9388. You will be prompted to enter an access code. The access code is 2349 568 3931. If you receive a busy signal with the 408 phone number above, please use 646-992-2010. Additionally, the Board welcomes written comment prior to or after the meeting. Written comments can be emailed to boc@boc.nyc.gov.
