The Board will hold a special emergency public meeting on June 5, 2023, at 4:15 PM.

Pursuant to Public Officers Law § 103-a(3), the Board will present and vote on a resolution to allow this meeting to proceed solely through videoconferencing means, based upon the Mayor of the City of New York’s State of Emergency last extended for 30 days by Executive Order No. 411 dated May 20, 2023.

Members of the public can view the brief public portion of the meeting via their computer (preferred) or phone.
