      List of Permit Fees. More info

        • License fee of $1,500 for a three year (3) license. If you are using a money order to pay the fee, it must be made payable to: NYC Taxi & Limousine Commission
        • Fingerprinting fee of $75: Any individual that holds 10% or more of the shares must be fingerprinted. Money Order PER individual requried to be fingerprinted. If you are using a money order to pay the fee, it must be made payable to: NYC Taxi & Limousine Commission.
        • All licenses are non-transferable and all fees are non-refundable.

      Steps to apply in person:

      Submit a completed Application for a New Black Car / Luxury Limousine Base License.

      • 2

        Fees must be submitted along with the application form. All fees are non-refundable.

        • 3

          The license application, required documents, and fees must be filed in person at a TLC Licensing center from Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm.
