Richmond Terrace provides critical access to homes, jobs, and key destinations on Staten Island’s North Shore. This report builds on the community’s vision to support vibrant, mixed-use neighborhood centers, create quality jobs and workplaces, reconnect people with the waterfront, and improve transportation connections and mobility.

The report analyzes conditions in the area and identifies next steps to achieve the community’s vision.

Study Area

The study area is generally bounded by:

  • Jersey Street to the east
  • The Bayonne Bridge to the west
  • The Kill Van Kull waterfront to the north
  • A southern boundary representing a half mile from the corridor
