Call 311 and ask for the Tenant Helpline

If you are a tenant and have a housing concern, please call 311 and ask for the Tenant Helpline and you will be able to speak with a Specialist during the hours listed below or have the option to leave a voicemail. If you are calling outside the Tenant Helpline hours, please leave a voicemail message with your name and contact information in a clear and concise manner. Note that a Specialist will call you back from a number you are not familiar with.  You may also fill out an online form at this page.
