The Urology Service at Coney Island Hospital has become very well known in our community. Our team of urological specialists delivers superior, patient-centered care in all areas of urology.

The Coney Island Hospital Urological Service employs all the modern diagnostic and treatment methods and uses state-of-the-art equipment to treat urological conditions. Our staff's expertise encompasses the entire scope of urological conditions, such as:

• ESWL (Lithotripsy, or shock wave treatment) for kidney stone disease
• Kidney and bladder cancer diagnosis and surgery
• Urinary incontinence diagnosis, treatment and surgery
• Prostate disease diagnosis and surgery, including microwave therapy and brachytherapy (radioactive seed procedures)
• Urinary tract infection diagnosis and treatment
• Pediatric urological conditions
