Mayor Bill de Blasio: Buenas tardes, Alex. What an honor to be on your show.

Sensation: No, no, no, it’s my honor to have you here. I wish you would be here in person, but, hopefully, in the future. Welcome, Mayor.

Mayor: Alex – Alex, I guarantee it. I would love to come on. I am so impressed. You have so many people who love this show, and such a huge listenership. And I thank you because, you know, letting people know that their vote matters, their voice matters – this is so important. And you’re helping us to do that today. I thank you so much.

Mayor: Well, listen, here’s the deal – today, in New York City it is Friday, October 14th, the last day to register to vote. And if people want to make an impact on the course of the United States of America, here’s your chance. Register to vote today and you get to vote on November 8th.

Sensation: So, today is the deadline. Today is the last day to register to vote.

Mayor: And it is easy to. You go online to voting.nyc – v-o-t-i-n-g.n-y-c. You can register online. You can call 3-1-1 if you have any questions.

But here’s the thing – people should not let this day get away from them. If you’re not registered – say you’re new in New York City, you never registered to vote here – here’s your chance. If you’re someone who didn’t vote before but you’re looking at this election – and for every community, Alex, this election is crucial. In the Latino community in particular, so many people understand what – the options here are profound and there’s a choice to be made. Everyone should participate.
