Statement from Mayor Bill de Blasio on Copenhagen Shooting at Synagogue

"In the wake of a second terrorist attack in Denmark today, this time at a synagogue, the people of New York City offer solidarity to the Jewish community of Copenhagen, and urge Danish authorities to do everything possible to protect the Jewish community there. Intolerance and anti-Semitism must be confronted and defeated, and security efforts must be visible and extensive. These brutal, hate-driven attempts to intimidate must not and will not be allowed to succeed."
