Online Classes for HHCAdvantage Users (nonHHC Employees)
HHC Connectx is dedicated to offering assistance our users. Below is the
schedule of upcoming online courses being offered. These classes are offered
as webinars and require you have an internet connection and access to a
telephone during the class. Once you register for a course you will receive
instructions on how to call and connect to the class at the appropriate
time.
The course covers how to use HHCAdvantage in the
community practice:
Creating patients and referrals in HHCAdvantage.
Tracking sent referrals and receiving clinical reports.
Creating and exporting reports from the system.
For Privacy Proxy and Practice Administrator users, resetting passwords
and managing users.
