Changes During Your Benefit Period

You will need to let us know if there are changes during your benefit period including:
  1. Permanent decrease in your income of 20% or more;
  2. Moving to a new apartment;
  3. A change in the number of household members;
  4. New charges such as Major Capital Improvements (MCI) or fuel cost adjustments.
