For requests for agency records pursuant to the Freedom of Information Law (FOIL), first try searching our contract documents database. All other requests must be submitted in writing to our FOIL Records Access Officer. Requests can be mailed, faxed or emailed. When available, the following information should be included in the FOIL request:

Please note that FOIL requests are intended for obtaining records and are not suitable for comments or questions requiring a response. Questions or concerns about the duration of a project, project start date, bid date, or payment status, should be directed to the appropriate DDC division.
