Sandy Procurements and Contracts

Procurements

The recovery efforts supported by CDBG-DR provide many contracting opportunities. On this page, you can find information on the City's procurement policies as well as links to contracting opportunities.

Procurement Policies

The City and its many partner agencies administering NYC’s CDBG-DR funds must adhere to both federal and local procurement rules. In practice, this means all CDBG-DR-funded contracts, no matter the contracting agency, must be procured according to the federal standards at 2 CFR 200, NYC's Procurement Policy Board Rules, and other requirements imposed in Federal Register notices that apply to the program.

Open Procurements

There are no open procurements for projects funded with Hurricane Sandy funds. This will be updated regularly, please check back at a later date.

Contractors can also check the City Record for CDBG-DR funded recovery contracting opportunities.

Contracts

The City, through its many partner agencies, and sub-recipients procure a variety of contracts to advance its program goals under the CDBG-DR award. The City is required to post Contracts greater than $25,000 funded in whole or in part with CDBG-DR to this page. Below is a list of such contract documents including details on the vendor, the Request for Proposal (RFP), contract amount, and the final signed contract.

A contract contained on this website may have been subsequently amended. To inquire about whether a specific contract has been amended, please email us at cdbgcomments@omb.nyc.gov.
