	Street Cleaning/ASP Regulations in Sections of Brooklyn CB 6 Effective Monday, August 18, 2008, Street Cleaning/Alternate Side Parking Regulations will be temporarily SUSPENDED in the Cobble Hill and Carroll Gardens sections of Brooklyn Community Board 6 until further notice. Please contact the Citizen Service Center at 311 or Brooklyn Community Board 6 at (718) 643-3027 for more information. Effective Monday, August 25, 2008, enforcement of the newly posted 90 minute Street Cleaning/Alternate Side Parking Regulations will be RESTORED in the Boerum Hill, Carroll Gardens, and Gowanus sections of Brooklyn. 	Sanitation reminds property owners that lawn litter enforcement begins in August The New York City Department of Sanitation today reminded property owners across the city that starting August 2nd, enforcement will begin of Section 397-A of the New York State General Business Law, a.k.a the "Lawn Litter" Law, which allows property owners to post a sign in a visible area in front of their homes to let advertisers know not to place unsolicited advertising material on their property.
