If you are a Vendor...all responses to application development RFPs must include the deliverables described in this site. Alternative approaches will be considered as long as there is a clear mapping between a vendor’s proposed methodology and DoITT’s. |
If you are an Agency...it is strongly recommended that you follow DoITT’s Hybrid methodology for all application development projects and require vendors to adhere to these process and deliverable requirements when responding to RFPs or executing on task orders.
