Waldorf Salad


  • 1 cup celery (sliced)
  • 1 cup seedless green grapes (halved)
  • 1 cup apple (diced)
  • 4 dates (pitted and thinly sliced)
  • ½ cup walnuts (chopped)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon dry white wine
  • Lettuce leaves


  1. Place celery, grapes, apple, dates, and walnuts into bowl
  2. Blend mayonnaise with wine; pour into bowl
  3. Stir to blend with celery, fruit and walnuts
  4. Use slotted serving spoon to serve, shaking spoon slightly to remove excess dressing
  5. Serve on crisp lettuce leaves
