Turkey á la King Ingredients - 1 tablespoon green pepper (diced)
- 2 tablespoons celery (sliced)
- ¼ cup condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 tablespoons skim milk
- 2 tablespoons mushrooms (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon pimento (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bread (toasted)
Directions - Cook green pepper and celery in boiling water until tender; drain
- Blend condensed soup and skim milk
- Add green pepper, celery, turkey and pimento
- Add salt and pepper
- Heat slightly over low heat
- Cut toast into triangles, place in bowls, tips up
- Spoon turkey mixture over tips
