Shrimp and Green Bean Salad Ingredients - 2 cups green beans
- 2 cups shrimp
- ½ cup mushrooms (thinly sliced)
- ¼ cup Bay Salad Dressing
- lettuce leaves
Directions - Rinse and snap green beans
- Cook in small amount of boiling salted water until crisp-tender
- Drain and cool immediately in ice water; chill
- Clean and devein shrimp, or use canned shrimp
- Rinse thoroughly under cool water; chill
- Combine green beans, shrimp, and mushrooms in bowl
- Sprinkle with Bay Salad Dressing
- Toss to coat
- Chill thoroughly before serving
- Serve on lettuce leaves
