Shrimp and Green Bean Salad


  • 2 cups green beans
  • 2 cups shrimp
  • ½ cup mushrooms (thinly sliced)
  • ¼ cup Bay Salad Dressing
  • lettuce leaves


  1. Rinse and snap green beans
  2. Cook in small amount of boiling salted water until crisp-tender
  3. Drain and cool immediately in ice water; chill
  4. Clean and devein shrimp, or use canned shrimp
  5. Rinse thoroughly under cool water; chill
  6. Combine green beans, shrimp, and mushrooms in bowl
  7. Sprinkle with Bay Salad Dressing
  8. Toss to coat
  9. Chill thoroughly before serving
  10. Serve on lettuce leaves
