Salmon Loaf
Makes 6 servings


  • 16 ounces cooked salmon (flaked)
  • 2 tablespoons onion (chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable juice
  • ¼ teaspoon marjoram
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs (finely ground)
  • Salt to taste


  1. If canned salmon is used, drain thoroughly
  2. Combine with remaining ingredients
  3. Blend thoroughly
  4. Allow to rest for 5 minutes or blend crumbs are soft, blend again
  5. Line a 9 x 5-inch (12 x 13-cm) loaf pan with paper
  6. Pack salmon mixture tightly into loaf pan
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
