Salmon Loaf Makes 6 servings
Ingredients
- 16 ounces cooked salmon (flaked)
- 2 tablespoons onion (chopped)
- 3 tablespoons vegetable juice
- ¼ teaspoon marjoram
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup bread crumbs (finely ground)
- Salt to taste
Directions
- If canned salmon is used, drain thoroughly
- Combine with remaining ingredients
- Blend thoroughly
- Allow to rest for 5 minutes or blend crumbs are soft, blend again
- Line a 9 x 5-inch (12 x 13-cm) loaf pan with paper
- Pack salmon mixture tightly into loaf pan
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
