Salmon Salad 6 servings/ serving size: 1/2 cup
You'll love the fresh-cooked salmon partnered with sour cream, cucumber, and dill in this perfect salad.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds salmon filet
- Salt and pepper to taste (optional)
- Pinch sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped
- 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons fat-free sour cream
- 2 teaspoons dried dill leaves
Directions
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper (if using) and sugar on the skin side. In a nonstick skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, cook the salmon over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until done. Remove the skin and flake.
- In a bowl, carefully combine all ingredients and fold together until well mixed. Refrigerate until serving time.
