Mustard Halibut Steak Ingredients - 3-ounce halibut steak
- 1 teaspoon margarine
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Dash each: lemon rind, sugar replacement
- Salt to taste
Directions - Wash and dry halibut thoroughly
- Melt margarine, brush on both sides of halibut, lay on broiler pan
- Brush with mixture of lemon juice, Dijon mustard and seasonings
- Broil 5 to 6 inches (12 to 15 cm) from heat for 3 to 4 minutes
- Turn halibut
- Repeat on second side
