Fish Noodle Special

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoons mushroom pieces
  • 2 tablespoons onion (finely chopped)
  • Dash each: thyme, ground rosemary, salt, pepper
  • 1 cup noodles (cooked)
  • 2 tablespoons peas
  • 3 ounces cooked perch (flaked)

Directions

  1. Blend condensed soup with water
  2. Add mushrooms, onion and seasonings, mix thoroughly
  3. Combine noodles, peas and perch in small baking dish
  4. Pour soup mixture over entire surface, toss to mix
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
