Chicken Gambeano


  • ¼ condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 3 tablespoons skim milk
  • ¼ cup zucchini (cubed)
  • ¼ cup green beans
  • 2 ounces cooked chicken (cubed)
  • ¼ teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 ¼ cups linguine (cooked)


  1. Blend condensed soup and skim milk, place in sauce pan
  2. Add zucchini and green beans
  3. Cook over medium heat until vegetables are partially tender
  4. Add chicken and seasonings, reheat
  5. Serve over linguine
