Cabbage – Pineapple Salad


  • 3 cups cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 pound can unsweetened pineapple (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar replacement
  • Dash salt
  • ½ cup lo-cal whipped topping (prepared)


  1. Combine cabbage and pineapple with juice, sugar replacement and salt
  2. Stir to dissolve sugar
  3. Allow to rest at room temperature for 1 ½ hours
  4. Drain thoroughly
  5. Fold topping into cabbage mixture
EXCHANGE:½ fruit
