Cabbage – Pineapple Salad Ingredients - 3 cups cabbage (shredded)
- 1 pound can unsweetened pineapple (diced)
- 2 tablespoons sugar replacement
- Dash salt
- ½ cup lo-cal whipped topping (prepared)
Directions - Combine cabbage and pineapple with juice, sugar replacement and salt
- Stir to dissolve sugar
- Allow to rest at room temperature for 1 ½ hours
- Drain thoroughly
- Fold topping into cabbage mixture
