Customer Service Week at FDNY Headquarters

Fire Commissioner Salvatore Cassano and Chief of Fire Prevention Thomas Jensen met with visitors and staff at the Licensing and Certification Center at FDNY Headquarters on Oct. 5, as part of Mayor Bloomberg's Citywide Customer Service Week.

More than 120,000 people visit the Center each year, and it has been cited by the Mayor's Office as the best citywide walk-in facility.
