Advance & Earn is an innovative career pathway initiative that meets young people where they are to provide comprehensive and continuous programming. The program is compromised of three tracks: Pre High School Equivalency (HSE), High School Equivalency (HSE), and Advanced Training. Track placement is determined by preliminary academic testing, and participants are paid at each program level

Advance & Earn programs include certification in high-demand industries. These industries include: Direct Service Professionals, Digital Marketing, Healthcare, Construction, Transportation, and Culinary Arts.

Not in school and not working
Authorized to work in the United States
At least 5th grade reading level on Adult Basic Education
