  • Vehicles can be identified by for-hire vehicle license plates, which typically begin with the letter “T” and end with the letter “C”, as well as TLC vehicle inspection decals located in the lower passenger side of the front windshield.

  • Commuter Vans operated within designated areas throughout the City.
  • Commuter Van fares are set by the Commuter Van Authority.
  • Commuter Vans are easily identified by commuter “C” markings and TLC vehicle inspection decals on the windshield, both rear side windows and the back window.
  • Paratransits provide pre-arranged trips for medical-related purposes.
  • Paratransit trips are arranged through a paratransit base.
