TLC Honor Roll Celebration

The Vision Zero Honor Roll celebrates TLC drivers and bases for their outstanding commitment to safety and impeccable driving records. Specifically, drivers who have gone five years without any serious crashes, have no traffic violations, and have no violations of TLC’s safety-related rules.
