East New York - Final Environmental Impact Statement

On February 12, 2016, the New York City Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City Planning Commission as lead agency, issued a PDF Document Notice of Completion for a Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the East New York Rezoning Proposal.

A public hearing on the DEIS was held on Wednesday, January 6th, 2016, at 10:00 AM, in the Courtroom Auditorium at Brooklyn Borough Hall, 209 Joralemon Street, Second Floor, Brooklyn, New York. Written comments on the DEIS were requested by the Lead Agency until Tuesday, January 19th, 2016. The FEIS incorporates responses to comments received on the DEIS subsequent to the completion of the DEIS.
