Find In-Person Help

You can get help to enroll in health insurance from someone in your community.

In-Person Assistors (IPAs) help individuals, families, small businesses and their employees apply for health insurance through the Marketplace.

Facilitated Enrollers help people 65 and older, and people living with a disability or blindness, enroll in Medicaid and get financial help to cover Medicare costs.

You can also call 311 to find an in-person assistor, such as a Navigator, a Certified Application Counselor, Certified Marketplace Facilitated Enroller, and a facilitated enroller.
