• For information about the New York City COVID-19 Alert Level, vaccines, testing, prevention, and more resources, visit the NYC Department of Health COVID-19 webpage. Additional information is available on the NYS Health Department's COVID-19 webpage and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) COVID-19 webpage.


• NYC Well is available 24/7 to connect New Yorkers to a range of free mental health support services. It can be reached online, by calling 888-NYC-Well (692-9355) or texting “WELL” to 65173. NYC Well also offers a free guide with information on how New Yorkers can gain access mental health services while staying home. Also, the NYS Office of Mental Health offers resources and support for New Yorkers experiencing anxiety about COVID-19.


• ACCESSNYC is a City-run portal for NYC residents to determine their eligibility for more than 30 economic programs and benefits. Find additional information about social services (such as Food Assistance and Emergency Rental Assistance) on the NYC Human Resources Administration website.


• Unemployment insurance is temporary income for eligible workers who lose their jobs through no fault of their own. File your claim with the NYS Department of Labor the first week that you lose your job.


• The NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection provides updates on NYC worker laws and rights, including paid sick leave, and consumer protection.


• NYC Financial Empowerment Centers offer free, secure and confidential financial counseling over the phone. You can book an appointment at nyc.gov/TalkMoney.


• GetCoveredNYC helps New Yorkers enroll in health insurance with dedicated specialists who can assist you in your language. Complete the form to receive free health insurance enrollment assistance from a specialist. You can also call 311 or text CoveredNYC (SeguroNYC en Español) to 877877.


• Mayor's Office of Immigrant Affairs provides services to immigrants. Questions can be answered via a hotline available at 212-788-7654 from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and by emailing AskMOIA@cityhall.nyc.gov.


• The Mayor's Office for People with Disabilities' webpage for New Yorkers with Disabilities during COVID-19 provides information on food supply and delivery, social security / Medicaid benefits, home healthcare services and more.
