Agency Indicators 2022: Office of Technology & Innovation (OTI)

The Office of Technology & Innovation (OTI) is the technology core of New York City government, working with over 100 City offices and agencies to deliver the tech they need to serve and empower more than eight million New Yorkers every day. OTI’s technology solutions support the agencies that help keep the five boroughs safe, strong, and vibrant. The department establishes the strategic direction for citywide IT operations and leverages the City’s buying power to make it easier for City agencies to acquire IT goods and services through requirement contracts with vendors.
