While we have staff in the office, please continue to send all correspondence and communicate with us by email so that we can respond more quickly. Applications and corresponding materials should continue to be submitted electronically via E-Filing.

Public Hearings/Meetings

Applications and Permits
LPC is accepting electronic filing of all permit applications and is issuing permits electronically. Application forms and associated drawings, photographs and other materials must be emailed to LPC at applications@lpc.nyc.gov. Do not mail or messenger paper application forms, drawings or other materials to the office; you will be asked to resubmit them electronically. Read more about E-filing below.
