Visit in Person

LPC's public hearings take place at our office in Manhattan on the 9th Floor of the David N. Dinkins Municipal Building located at 1 Centre Street, at the intersection of Centre and Chambers streets, across from City Hall. A photo ID and security check are required for entry into the building. Office hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, except holidays.

Nearest trains: Take the 4, 5, or 6 to Brooklyn Bridge station, or the J or Z to Chambers Street/Centre Street station.
