Maintenance

The Owner of an IMD must provide the following to protected occupants:

• water supply and drainage
• heat
• hot water
• electricity
• gas
• smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
• lighting in public hallways, stairs, fire stairs and fire towers
• entrance door security
• elevator service
• window guards
• any service previously provided on the effective date of the Loft Law
