Operations
- Director of Operations: Oversees all aspects of fiscal management, procurement, technology, and general operations.
Legal
- General Counsel: Works with staff across the office to provide strategic legal advice and guidance, as well as lead, develop, and execute initiatives where appropriate.
Policy
- Director of Policy and Legislative Affairs: Directs team to conduct research and evaluation, track federal, state, and local developments, regularly engage with partners, advocates, and experts, and drive MOIA's legislative and policy agenda.
Programs
- Program Manager: Responsible for managing a subset of MOIA contracted vendors. This role is critical in the day-to-day management of programs as well as long-term development and improvement of service delivery.
Language Access
- Urdu Language Access Specialist: Translates materials into Urdu, liaises with the Urdu-speaking community, and advises city offices and agencies on effectively communicating with the Urdu-speaking community.
- Haitian-Creole Language Access Specialist: Translates materials into Haitian-Creole, liaises with the Haitian-Creole-speaking community, and advises city offices and agencies on effectively communicating with the Haitian-Creole-speaking community.
Outreach
- Neighborhood Liason: Works closely with City and nonprofit partners to conduct outreach across New York City's diverse immigrant community and ensures concerns of immigrant communities s are accounted for in implementing City policies and programs.
