The Hudson Yards Infrastructure Corporation does not have a schedule of regular meetings but anticipates hosting meetings each year in April, to approve the budget, and September, to approve the audited financial statements. Additional meetings may be scheduled throughout the year.

Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Members of the Hudson Yards Infrastructure Corporation (the “Corporation”) is scheduled for Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 3:00 p.m., in Room 6M4 at 255 Greenwich Street, New York, New York, 10007, which can be joined via Microsoft Teams, with Meeting ID 255 200 433 275 and passcode 3ESaJR, or via telephone, at (347) 566-8051 with Phone Conference ID 244 676 778#. The Meeting of the Members is to be followed by a meeting of the Audit Committee, to be followed by a meeting of the Governance Committee, to be followed by a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation.
