Love Your Block
The Mayor’s Fund to Advance New York City is raising funds for the 2022 Love Your Block program, which provides mini-grants to New York City resident-led groups to transform their neighborhood through a block beautification project while leveraging City services.
Resident-led groups (grantees) receive a mini grant to transform a city block in their neighborhood. The 2022 Love Your Block program aims to expand the network of unique resident-led groups in high-need neighborhoods, increase New Yorkers’ quality of life through the improvement of public and community spaces, and foster volunteerism and engagement amongst NYC residents.
The 2022 Love Your Block program will run from June – October 2022 and is run in partnership with NYC Service and with support from agency partners: NYC Department of Environmental Protection, NYC Parks, New York City Department of Sanitation, and NYC Department of Transportation who provide Love Your Block grantees services to carry out their projects.
