Fleet Programs
The Department of Finance’s fleet programs make it easy for businesses to manage their parking violations online.
Regular Fleet Program
The Regular Fleet Program is for businesses with at least one vehicle in their fleet. In this program, you can easily review your tickets and decide whether to pay them or request a hearing.
Stipulated Fine Program
The Stipulated Fine Program is for businesses that make deliveries. In this program, you can pay violations at a reduced fee by waiving your right to a hearing.
Commercial Abatement Program
The Commercial Abatement Program is for businesses that make pick-ups or service calls. In this program, you can pay violations at a reduced fee by waiving your right to a hearing.
How to Apply & Enroll
To apply for these programs, download the application.
After you apply for a fleet program, we will send you a bill listing your outstanding violations. Once you satisfy your violations, you will be eligible to participate in the program. Once enrolled, you will receive a report each week listing your new and outstanding violations.
Our user-friendly online fleet portal will allow you to:
- Search all currently enrolled plates for outstanding debt
- Add and terminate plates enrolled in a fleet program
- Select violations you wish to pay, create bills, and pay online via e-check
- Contest tickets online (Regular Fleet Program participants)
Regular Fleet Forms
- Application for Regular Fleet Program - For businesses with at least one vehicle in their fleet. In the fleet program, you will receive a bill listing all of your summonses, you can easily review your tickets and decide whether to pay them or request a hearing.
Stipulated Fine and Commercial Abatement Programs
- Stipulated Fine Program and Commercial Abatement Program - For businesses that make deliveries, pick-ups or service calls. You can pay violations at a reduced fee by waiving your right to a hearing.
Fleet Program Lease Rider
- Fleet Program Lease Rider - Leasing companies participating in the Department of Finance's (DOF) Fleet Program can complete this rider to direct DOF to send notices regarding outstanding parking and camera violations to lessees.
Termination
- Vehicle/Plate Update Termination Form F9 - Use this form to add/remove Vehicles after Initial Enrollment.
Update Contact Information
- Fleet Program Contact Update Form - Use this form to update company contact information and broker information if applicable.
