We need your help identifying people who are not reporting taxes, misrepresenting income, or committing property deed fraud. Investigations can result in criminal prosecution.

  • Tax fraud can take place on Business Income Tax, Cigarette Tax, Personal Income Tax, Property Tax or Sales Tax.
  • Deed fraud is when someone fraudulently files a title for a property.
  • All information we receive will be kept confidential.
  • If you wish, we can acknowledge we have received your complaint. Please provide us with your name, address, and/or telephone number.
  • Due to tax secrecy laws, we cannot provide updates on the status of our investigations.
