Are you using Autodesk Revit to model your condominium project?

The Department of Finance is providing customers an Autodesk Revit template to help generate their condominium project’s new condo, condo amendment, and condo termination (RP-602C) submission materials.

The Revit template includes:

• Title blocks and sample drawing sheet layouts for RP-602C filings
• Shared parameters for area categories (useful for RP-602C worksheet submissions)
• Sample schedules to match RP-602C worksheet uploads

Also included are instructions for using the Revit template and uploading an optimized version of your Revit model to the Department of Finance to streamline the generation of 3D tax maps.

Please note that to use the template, you must have Autodesk Revit version 2021 or higher. The Department of Finance is not responsible for any file corruption or data loss.
