Permit Description

  • A permit is required to store, handle or use liquid or solid oxidizing materials in quantities exceeding those set forth in Fire Code Table 105.6(3) (PDF).

Cost of Permit

  • $210 (per hour of inspection time)

Permit Length

  • One Year

Application Requirements

  • Submission of Building Department approved documents.
  • Certificate of Fitness:
    C-91 Supervision of Storage, Handling and Use of Hazardous Materials
