The G-99 Certificate of Fitness is required for storage, handle and use of ammonia for heat treating and anhydrous ammonia with duplicating machines.

This Certificate of Fitness is valid only at a specific location and for the specific person to whom it is issued.

•  New Application Fees: $25
•  Renewal Fees: $15

•  Renewal Cycle: 3 Years

Before You Submit Your Application

This Certificate of Fitness can be obtained by passing a written exam or qualifying for an exemption on the basis of education and experience.  All applicants should review the notice of exam and Study Materials.
