Decorative Construction Fencing Panels

The Decorative Construction Fencing Panel program aims to share information on the ESCR project goals and benefits, assist with wayfinding, and engage the community. The images below reflect panels originally installed on construction fencing at Asser Levy Playground and throughout the north side of Stuyvesant Cove Park, as well as those recently installed in East River Park on the construction fencing just south of E.
