We understand that construction may be disruptive to residential communities and businesses. New York City Department of Design and Construction (NYCDDC) has implemented a community engagement program for the East Side Coastal Resiliency project that includes an updated website, social media, community construction liaisons (CCLs), and numerous community partnering activities. The ESCR project team provides regular construction updates at various community events and meetings, including local community boards and meetings of the ESCR Community Advisory Group (CAG).
