Elizabeth R. Cribbs (Acting Chair)

Elizabeth R. Cribbs currently serves as Executive Director and Senior Strategist in UBS's Family Advisory and Philanthropy Services group.  Prior to this, Elizabeth served as President of the Neuberger Berman Foundation and Head of Corporate Social Responsibility, leading all aspects of the firm’s award-winning global corporate and foundation-based philanthropic efforts, with a focus on education, youth employment and employee engagement. Prior to this, Elizabeth worked at Lehman Brothers as a Senior Vice President of Corporate Philanthropy with a focus on the arts and strategic community partnerships. Elizabeth spent ten years at HSBC North America, where she served in various leadership roles including: vice president of strategic planning and internal consulting; as well as director of community and philanthropic services, where she launched HSBC’s volunteer-based Corporate Social Responsibility program. Elizabeth began her career in the audit group at Coopers & Lybrand LLP and is a CPA.

She serves on the Executive Committee of Enterprise Community Partners New York Advisory Board. She is also Vice Chair of the New York City Youth Board, which advises the New York City Department of Youth and Community Development.

Elizabeth has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Master in Public Policy from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

Jackie Chang

Jackie Chang is the Director of Engagement at Recess Art, a nonprofit art organization in Brooklyn, overseeing all public engagement and the expansion of the Assembly diversion program for court involved youth. Before Recess art, she was the Director of Education at BRIC, a leading presenter of cultural programming in Brooklyn, and the Program Director for Groundswell, an arts organization focused on using art as a tool for social change by bringing together professional artists, community organizations, and youth to collaboratively create public art projects in communities across New York City.

In 2003, she was honored with the Brooklyn Arts Exchange BAXTen Award for “instigating change” in the field of Arts Education, and has applied her arts and education expertise on review and advisory panels for the New York Foundation for the Arts, NYC Department of Cultural Affairs, Center for Arts Education, and New York State Council on the Arts. She has served on the board of Partnerships for Arts Education, a statewide arts education organization supporting partnerships between schools, artists and cultural institutions. Jackie Chang is a graduate of University of California, Davis (B.S. Environmental Design, 1986) and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (MFA, 1989).

Priscilla Consolo

Priscilla Consolo is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group in the New York Office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, focusing on complex commercial litigation, government and regulatory investigations and enforcement, and securities litigation. She also maintains an active pro bono practice in special education rights and advocacy for New York City public school students. A licensed attorney and counselor-at-law, Priscilla was admitted to the New York State Bar in January 2020. 

In May 2019, Priscilla earned her Juris Doctor (Doctor of Law) degree from New York University (NYU) School of Law, which she attended on a full-tuition AnBryce Scholarship. As a law student, Priscilla served as Executive Editor of the NYU Law Review, which publishes cutting-edge legal scholarship. In November 2019, she published her own article in the journal, titled “A Single Score No More: Rethinking the Admissions System for New York City’s Specialized High Schools to Preserve Academic Excellence and Promote Student Diversity.” While in law school, Priscilla completed four public service internships, including at Advocates for Children of New York, where she provided direct legal representation for low-income students with disabilities and worked on policy initiatives to combat student homelessness, poverty, and the achievement gap. In May 2016, Priscilla, a first-generation college student, graduated from Fordham University College at Lincoln Center with a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude. While at Fordham, which she also attended on a large scholarship, Priscilla completed a major in history and a minor in political science. In college, she was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society and was selected as a New York State Finalist for the Truman Scholarship, which recognizes academic excellence, demonstrated leadership ability, and commitment to public service. 

In 2011, Consolo founded the Speak-Up & Clean-Up campaign, recruiting 6,000 youth volunteers who participated in neighborhood clean-up events that she organized. That same year, as a high school senior, she became one of the youngest employees of the New York State Assembly, working in the District Office of a Brooklyn Assembly Member, a position she held until law school. Additionally, she has helped create and organize a number of other grassroots projects in her southern Brooklyn home community, working on issues such as environmental justice, public education, housing, public transportation, and recovery after Superstorm Sandy. 

Currently, Consolo is a member of Brooklyn Community Board 11 and the Law Committee at the Kings County Democratic County Committee.

Nailah Flake-Brown

Nailah Flake-Brown is a Managing Director at Brookfield Real Estate Financial Partners in New York. She is a senior member of the team that manages Brookfield’s real estate finance funds business and is responsible for origination, underwriting and asset management for Brookfield’s series of debt funds. Ms. Flake-Brown has over 17 years of real estate finance and capital markets experience. Prior to Brookfield, Nailah was Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and Head of U.S. Originations for the Commercial Real Estate Lending Group in the Fixed Income Division.
Beyond her career in finance, Nailah is the director and founder of InnerVisions Theater Arts Center, a non-for-profit organization that provides dance and fitness programs to youth in South Jamaica, Queens. Founded in 2008, over two hundred and fifty students are now enrolled in InnerVisions. She is also a Board Member of the Jamaica Center for Arts and Learning and the Jamaica Performing Arts Center.
Nailah is the recipient of many honors and awards in recognition of her professional achievement and community leadership, including The Network Journal’s 40 Under Forty Achievement Award. She received an undergraduate degree from Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a major in Economics and a minor in Business Management and organization.

George Hulse

George Hulse serves as Vice President and Senior Advisor to the CEO of EmblemHealth. With over two decades of experience in community and coalition building, George has become a go to industry advisor and well recognized leader in New York City among the leading health care notables. His work over the years has given him the added notoriety in the political and non-profit sectors. 

Using enhanced interactive strategies and conceptualizing health-wellness-focused community engagement activities, George has designed programming to facilitate collaboration between health care organizations and government agencies, he has developed a vital pipeline of communication between patients, providers and community that services the needs of many under-served communities. 

Through  his work, Hulse has been a driving force for positive health impact, whether it’s playing a leadership role in helping a healthcare company attain first-in-market status by conceptualizing and heading a wellness-focused community strategy to engage members in their health outcomes, or  facilitating collaboration with Asian Americans for Equality, the West Indian American Day Carnival Association and Somos El Futuro, he stands out as a knowledge-based influencer

In addition to his vast community programming initiatives, George has coordinated annual humanitarian trips to the Dominican Republic and Haiti for the last fifteen years.  Additionally, ten days after Hurricane Marie devastated Puerto Rico, he helped lead a delegation of providers and community leaders to Puerto Rico to assist in their relief efforts.

Mr. Hulse served his county with distinction as a drill Sergeant in the United States Army, and previously served as a delegate to the Democratic National Convention. He is a graduate of City College, CUNY and sits on numerous boards including the American Diabetes Association, 100 Black Men and the Greater New York Chamber of Commerce. George is married to Ruth Hulse and lives in New York City.

Erika Larsen

Erika Larsen serves as Special Projects Coordinator at the Staten Island Partnership for Community Wellness, where she creates, implements, and evaluates strategies to promote chronic disease prevention and wellness. She was born and raised in Staten Island and is proud to call herself a native New Yorker. Erika has interned at the Richmond County Surrogate’s Court, the New York County Supreme Court, Gracie Mansion, the New York City Council, the Office of the Manhattan Borough President, and the Manhattan Institute. Erika Larsen graduated summa cum laude in June 2015 from the Macaulay Honors College at Hunter College with a BA in Political Philosophy and a Certificate in Public Policy.

Jordana Leigh

Jordana Leigh is the Director of the David Rubenstein Atrium at Lincoln Center. The Atrium was launched in 2009 and is home to Lincoln Center’s free events including world-class performances, illuminating conversations, dance parties, and exclusive film screenings. Jordana is responsible for programming the Atrium performances series including the signature series Atrium 360°, ¡VAYA! 63, and the humanities series featuring dynamic talks and film screenings. Previously, she was a consultant for artists and festivals in the U.S., Europe, and Africa and served as the Associate Producer for MAPP International Productions from 2001–2008. During her tenure at MAPP she co-created the Africa Contemporary Arts Consortium.
Jordana received her BA from the New School for Social Research and her MFA from Brooklyn College. 

Peter McCree

A senior operations and technology executive, Peter McCree has a strong track record building and managing successful businesses within workforce management and technology consulting. He designed and launched the proprietary Link2ConsultVMS vendor management system (VMS), which was acquired by System One in 2011. Link2ConsultVMS serves as the company’s proprietary technology platform for large-scale and complex managed staffing accounts. Peter’s 30+ year career in the IT industry has spanned operations, finance, sales, and marketing disciplines. Throughout his career, he has delivered rapid growth and profitability through expertise in mergers and acquisitions, financial and organizational turnarounds, national sales team management, C-level contract negotiations, and business development strategies. In addition to commercializing the VMS technology, he has brought several other software products through the development and marketing lifecycle.

Peter also co-founded and served as CEO for MBH Solutions, a company specializing in workforce management solutions, business and technology consulting, system integration, and end-user training and documentation. He provided strategic direction and leadership and created a profit-driven business strategy resulting in revenues of more than $20 million. He sold the company in 2008. Peter began his career at IBM, building on a framework of financial analysis to develop a successful career in sales, management, and administration. He holds a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts and served for three years as the Vice President of the School Board in Englewood, NJ. Peter and his wife Lydia currently reside in Brooklyn,New York.

Reggie Miller

Reggie MillerReggie Miller joined Seeds of Peace in Spring 2017 as the Director of US Programs. 
Prior to coming to Seeds of Peace, Reggie directed a national AmeriCorps VISTA program at Hunger Free America for seven years and oversaw the Emergency Shelter Network, operated by the Partnership for the Homeless for five years before that. He holds a Masters degree in social work, with a concentration in organizational management from Columbia University, and teaches an intro to social work course at Cabrini University.

Ana Isabel Garcia Reyes

Dean Ana Isabel Garcia Reyes started as the Special Assistant to the President/ Chief of Staff at Hostos Community College (CUNY) and is now the Special Assistant to the President for Community Relations and Director of International Programs. Her responsibilities include assisting the President in administrative operations, community and external relations as well as governmental affairs. In addition, she coordinates and monitors cultural heritage events, public community forums, and international academic exchanges/ teacher training/ study abroad programs. As the community relations liaison for the college and a member of the CUNY Legislative Action Committee (CLAC), Dean Garcia Reyes maintains professional ties with external institutions and professional organizations as well as city, state, and federal policy makers.  Ms. Garcia Reyes serves on numerous boards, including the Dominican American National Roundtable, the Association of Equality and Excellence in Education, Dominican Educators, and the CUNY Dominican Studies Institute (where she currently serves as Chair/ President of the Dominican Studies Association). Ms. Garcia Reyes is the recipient of numerous awards for her dedication to public service and education. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the City College of the City University of New York (CUNY) and a Master of Science degree in Bilingual Education from the same institution.

Jeannette Rodriguez

Jeannette Rodriguez is Nike's North America Director for Government & Public Affairs.   As the Director of Government & Public Affairs for Nike in North America, Jeannette is responsible for leading Nike’s engagement and partnerships with local government, focusing on key markets in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and Toronto.

Before her current role, Jeannette was the North America Program & Partnerships Director on the Global Community Impact team leading the partnership and investment strategy that helped elevate youth sports and physical activity across the United States.  Jeannette joined Nike in 2005 and has held various positions within Corporate Responsibility, Sustainable Business & Innovation, and Access to Sport.

Prior to joining Nike, Jeannette held community partnerships roles within higher education and sports companies including Madison Square Garden and the New York Knicks.  

A New York native of Brooklyn, Jeannette holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities and a Master of Arts degree in Urban Studies from Long Island University.   A proud product of New York City’s public school system she resides in Park Slope Brooklyn with her husband and 9-year-old daughter where she owns a local business committed to giving back to the community.

Nancy Wackstein

Ms. Wackstein is the Director of Community Engagement and Partnerships at the Fordham University Graduate School of Social Service. From 2002 to 2015, she was Executive Director of United Neighborhood Houses of New York (UNH). UNH is the federation of the City's 38 settlement houses and community centers. Prior to her UNH appointment, she was the Executive Director of Lenox Hill Neighborhood House, a settlement house on Manhattan's East Side, for eleven years. Ms. Wackstein served as Director of the Mayor's Office on Homelessness and SRO Housing from 1990-1991 under Mayor David N. Dinkins. Ms. Wackstein was appointed by Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg in 2003 to the New York City Youth Board and to the Citywide Coordinating Committee to End Chronic Homelessness, in 2006 to the New York City Commission for Economic Opportunity and in 2009 to the NYC Commission on LGBTQ Runaway and Homeless Youth. In 2009, she was inducted into the Hall of Fame of the Columbia University School of Social Work Hall Alumni Association and in 2011 was named by the National Association of Social Workers - NYC as a Top Leader in the profession. Ms. Wackstein received a bachelor's degree from Binghamton University, State University of New York, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and a master's degree from the Columbia University School of Social Work.
