Health Opinion Poll
Some NYC Health Panel participants are invited to take the winter 2025 Health Opinion Poll (HOP). The survey aims to learn about your opinions on and experiences with medical debt, seasonal vaccines, chronic disease, and beverage advertisements in the public transit system. The survey closes on December 16, 2025.
If you received an invitation, follow the instructions provided to participate. Please remember that this survey, like all NYC Health Panel surveys, is only for the person enrolled in the NYC Health Panel, whose name is on the survey invitation.
