NYC Health Department Website Accessibility Statement

The NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene is committed to ensuring its digital content is accessible to and usable by people with disabilities. As we work to better serve people with disabilities, we intend to center their needs and experiences in our planning. This long-term commitment is evolving and will continuously improve with the standards for web and digital accessibility, and as we better understand the needs and supports relevant to people with disabilities.

Conformance Status

Currently, NYC Health Department sites and content partially conform to the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to this accessibility standard.
