Media Campaigns and Other Materials

The NYC Department of Health allows non-profit groups, including other government agencies, to re-use its publications, media campaigns and other copyrighted materials.

We may grant free, non-exclusive rights to our materials for a one-year period.

Any adapted materials must acknowledge the NYC Health Department. Materials also must be reviewed and approved by us before they are used, distributed or published.

If your organization is interested in adapting our materials, email your request to assetrequest@health.nyc.gov. Be sure to describe the campaign or materials you wish to use.
