Civil Service Pathways Fellowship

DCAS’s Civil Service Pathways Fellowship (CSPF) is a two-year program for City University of New York (CUNY) graduates designed to create a pipeline from college to a career in civil service.

This full-time two-year program is hosted by DCAS in collaboration with CUNY, offering City benefits and a competitive salary.

Participants are placed in high-demand positions across the city in one of three professional/career tracks:

  • Policy and Program Analysis
  • Procurement and Finance
  • Data and Digital Services

Fellows will receive specialized training based on their career track which qualifies them to take a civil service exam after the first year of the program.

The application period for the next cohort is now closed.

To be eligible for this fellowship, you must:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree.
  • Be able to demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Live within the five boroughs of New York City.
